Welcome back to Stimulus: A Medical Humanities Website! We are so grateful for the student and staff involvement in the publication of Volume I back in May of 2021 and can't wait to introduce our second volume of the journal next Spring! As we begin our preparations, we are searching for a team of dedicated, passionate UTA students/alumni in any major or discipline who are willing to learn as they go!
Because of this, we will be holding an interest meeting on Wednesday, October 27th from 7:00 - 8:00 pm on Teams! Come hear all about the timeline and time commitment of this project and the roles and positions available for the 2022 publication!
Please note that you do not need experience with the publication process, editing, or formal experience with design to be on our team. We can tell you from our own experience that this is a great opportunity to learn new things and channel creativity in a unique way. Of course, publishing this journal is also a great opportunity to gain publishing and leadership experience and to show your involvement and stand out in future applications and resumes.
